Secretary of State for National Solidarity, Zahra Youssouf Kayad , sponsored a ceremony yesterday graduation at the National Center for Youth Protection . The stars of the day were young the 7th promoting youth formed by the local NGO office Wamy . 10 out of 70 students students were trained by the ADDS in one place.

The fight against precariousness several aspects , including the reintegration of youth. It is in this perspective that was held yesterday , a ceremony of graduation ceremonies for young people trained at the National Centre for the Protection of youth.

Under the auspices of the Secretary of State for National Solidarity, Zahra Youssouf Kayad , the event brought together on site the Minister of Higher Education and Research , Nabil Mohamed Ahmed, several Arab ambassadors stationed the country, the director of the local office of the NGO Wamy , Messeira Mohamed Seif, and the head of the Djibouti social Development Agency (ADDS ) , Mahdi Mohamed Djama .

Yesterday’s ceremony was the culmination of a two-year training that followed the main concerned . These young people were trained in the areas of mobile electricity , air conditioning , welding , carpentry, and masonry. The main objective of the vocational training is twofold.

It is for their instigators enable young people to acquire the skills necessary for the exercise of a trade or business of a hand and the other hand to fight against unemployment, exclusion and poverty.

The lucky winners , who received their certificates from the hands of those present at the scene were aware . Their parents also showed that the same pride in the success of their offspring.

Moreover, one of them spoke of the importance of this type of training in the rehabilitation of young people without qualifications in the local labor market and the creation of self-employment .

Following the release of a short video describing the various projects undertaken by the NGO Wamy in our country , the director of this NGO Messeira Mohamed Seif said he was proud to see these young people out of their institution , with their diplomas hand.

He also discussed the implementation of programs such as support for private schools , sponsoring teachers , aid to fragile students, and scholarships to help educate the youth of our country.

The recall was his importance to Mohamed Seif Messeira which addressed the extension of the national center for youth protection .

At a cost of 4 million U.S. dollars, the new structure should contribute to the development of the country.

To also because according to the Minister of Higher Education and Research has raised particular interest that the government in general and the president in particular attaches to strengthening learning trades.
