A ministerial delegation visited the neighborhood of Arhiba in the afternoon of Monday. This was composed of the Secretary of State for Youth and Sports, Hassan Mohamed Kamil, the Minister of Energy, in charge of natural resources, Yonis Ali Guedi, and the Minister of Housing, Urbanism, from the environment, Moussa Mohamed Ahmed. The three members of the government have noted the progress of the redevelopment of the land of the historic land of this popular area of the capital. Several senior officials also made the trip. In this case, the parliamentarian Fatouma Mohamed Kamil, who is also a member of the Atouyofan Association of Arhiba, and the director of the Djibouti Economic Development Fund (FDED), Ali Daoud, who felt in a way or another attached to this land.
For the member, the association she represents is the initiator of this project submitted for funding to the ADDS who took charge of the construction of a fence, a bench, and a storage room.

The director of the FDED, Ali Daoud, recalled that this historic land has always been the center of sports activities in the city of Arhiba. His state of degradation had motivated them to react. The Atouyofan association was the first to set up a redevelopment project for the site. The so-called project has won the support of Arhiba residents and ministerial support. He further pointed out that the Minister of Transport was also involved in this rehabilitation project.
The objective is to make this ground a place of convergence of the young sportsmen of the capital.
