The present study is to highlight the impact of developed by the government in Ward 7 project. The evaluation should endeavor to give with the highest fidelity possible appreciation of both negative and positive impacts and comparing the expected results and predefined by the draft in order to measure any differences. The evaluation conducted to firstly identify all previous achievements occurred in Ward 7 in the fight against poverty to give a clear idea of the initial situation of the project site of insertion and secondly compare achievements this project will, component by component, with the initial programming. To this end, the study should remind the resources mobilized and the actors involved in the project. The range of impacts that the study should identify this as the triptych: physical, human and socio-economic environment and « environment » infrastructure (existing equipment and or created by the project). The identification of these impacts must then provide indicators to measure these impacts and then suggest the mitigation of negative impacts of proposed solutions. The project is carried out by studying ADDS funding from the World Bank. ADDS should also refer to the objectives of the logical framework described in the assessment document.
