The construction of this new building was at the center of the attention of residents. Long awaited, this new building intends to give the merchant of this locality, a place conducive to their trade. Covering an area of 270 m2, this brand new structure will accommodate around ten butchery artisans and around thirty small fruit and vegetable vendors and other small businesses such as clothing and spices.

And perfectly illustrates the government’s commitment and tangible desire to promote the emergence of an inclusive ecosystem.
All the more so since this building tends to promote the increase in income-generating activities for the benefit of vulnerable populations.
Achievements in all directions: act locally for global development. A real lever in the fight against poverty, the ADDS has not failed to respond as well as possible to the missions assigned to it. As proof during this closing ceremony, the ADDS presented multiple achievements, affecting the improvement of the hygiene condition of the population and livestock, in particular with the Community development fund project. financed by the African Development Bank (AfDB), it was a question of focusing on improving hygiene conditions with the construction of public latrines, twenty-four in all. The other project and not the least, from which Mouloud has benefited, is the Forje project with the presentation of certificates of Attestation of completion of training in Entrepreneurship. A project intended to improve the accessibility of creation and employment opportunities.
About thirty young natives of this village were able to complete the first cycle of training in entrepreneurship. The officials thus handed over the certificates confirming the completion of the first cycle of this project.
Remember that during this closing ceremony of the National Solidarity Week, several personalities took turns at the microphone to highlight the unfailing utility and efficient contribution that these achievements constitute for the socio-economic development of Mouloud. Mouloud has shown that there is a favorable wind for those who know where they want to go « . It is through these blunt words and full of praise for the inhabitants of Mouloud who were able to roll up their sleeves to participate in the work.
Continuing her word, the Minister did not fail to thank Turkey for the financing of the Market, while giving clarifications on the various projects carried out, while also specifying the amount for each project in this village. « Mouloud’s achievements are multiple and integrated and this is the Government’s development vision. To act locally for global development » declared Mouna Osman Aden at the end of his speech.
