Theme 2 – Building the logical framework of a project

The implications of the project-by-project (POP)
The approach and concepts of the logical framework
The practice of identifying needs and formulating projects
Simulation of a table of objectives.
Methodology for the training of project objectives and presentation of the results chain.
Presentation of the logical framework: objectives, indicators, sources of verification, hypotheses.
Theme 3 – Planning methodology
Monday 20/01/14 and Tuesday 21/01/14
Practice the participatory planning technique of a project
Decomposition of activities into simple tasks. Identification of resources and their mobilization
Development of timing diagrams and cost estimates
Monitoring and evaluation.
Theme 4 – Presentation of the project and negotiation with the lessor

Knowing the composition of a financing file
Presentation of a financing application guide: formulation of the project, stages of the search for funding and approaches of the different donors
How to get to know and communicate around the project
Answers to frequently asked questions by donors
